Summer came and definitely with it comes the heat. Drinking water is super important at this time of year and not only that, it is also one of the best ways to stay healthy. Start replacing sodas and juices – which are full of sugar – with water or fruit and you will see how good you start to feel. I think the key to creating healthy change is having fun in the process. So if you have not taken the taste to the water or think that you only have to take a few glasses without taste or flavor, today I share with you some options that will make the little ones – and you – stay hydrated all summer.
1. Infused water:
