Serves up to 10 people
15 oz of The Singleton of Glendullan 12 Year Old
20 oz of watermelon juice
5 oz lemon juice
2 1/2 oz Agave syrup or Simple syrup
preparation: Add all the ingredients in a punch bowl. Add ice, shake well and garnish. To mix, you can use a mixer or cocktail shaker like this:

Baileys Almande Peach Smoothie
For 4 people
8 oz Baileys Almande Almond milk Liqueur
2 ice scoops
2 pots of peaches
2 tablespoons of vanilla
Almonds for garnish (optional)
- Combine Baileys Almande, ice, peaches, and vanilla in a blender. Mix until smooth. You can use the Hamilton Beach blender:

1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Reposado
2/3 oz red Vermouth
1 1/2 oz of grapefruit juice
1 1/2 oz of guava juice
Small amount of bitter bilberry
1 portion of grapefruit
- Combine Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Red Vermouth, Grapefruit Juice, Guava Juice, and Bitter Blueberries in a cocktail shaker. Beat it well.
- Filter the contents into a tall glass over ice and club soda.
- Garnish with grapefruit

Waiting for the Sun

1 1/2 oz. by Johnnie Walker Red Label
3/4 of celery syrup
3/4 Apple Cider
1/2 o.z fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. ginger beer
6 Angostura bitters
preparation: Combine the ingredients in a glass. Add ice and move it. Add ice, ginger beer and add Angostura bitters
Garnish: Apple pieces, celery stalk
Celery syrup *
1 cup celery juice
1 cup granulated sugar
Combine celery juice with sugar. Shake well until the sugar dissolves. Enjoy!
5. Grapefruit T&T
1 1/4 oz Tanqueray No. TEN
Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Add 1 1/4 oz Tanqueray No. TEN and Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic (to fill) over ice in a glass. Add grapefruit. Shake and garnish with half a piece of grapefruit and sprig of thyme.

1 1/2 oz. Buchanan’s DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whiskey
5 oz. pineapple juice
Piece of orange and / or piece of pineapple
Glass: Highball or Pineapple
- Add Buchanan’s DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whiskey in a highball glass (or pineapple) with ice.
- Add pineapple juice. Garnish with a piece of orange or pineapple.
